Mental Health: Let's Talk About It
In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month the Physical and Mental Health Committee is presenting,“Mental Health-Let’s talk about it” on January 30th, 10:00am - 11:30 am.
This discussion will feature licensed professionals who will speak specifically to defining self-care during covid from a mental wellness perspective; trauma in the African American community; and we rise up for kids will present tools their nonprofit provides to help kids impacted by trauma. We will also have a mindful yoga activity.

We are in the planning stages for a great 2020-2021 sorority year! If you are a community member, we encourage you to read through our website to learn about the programs we offer to the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. The chapter provides an extensive array of public services aimed at a five point programmatic thrust as well as commissions outlined by our national headquarters.
